- The Fund has been established as a trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 and is sponsored by AXA Investment Managers. The Sponsor's liability is restricted to INR 100000. Bharti AXA Investment Managers Private Limited and Bharti AXA Trustee Services Private Limited, being private limited companies incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with limited liability, are Investment Manager and Trustee respectively to the Fund.
