Sandeep is an Electronics Engineer and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He has over 22 years of work experience in financial services industry. Sandeep started his career in Investment Banking in the year 1987 and then moved to Asset Management industry heading the Sales & Marketing portfolio of Alliance Capital Asset Management. As the CEO of Deutsche Asset Management in India, he set up the entire operations and built a successful business before moving to Bharti AXA Investment Managers as the CEO in December 2006.

Atul is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of work experience in Life insurance, Investment Banking and Business Consulting for the financial services industry. Prior to Joining Bharti AXA Investment Managers, Atul worked with Enam Financial Consultants, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and KPMG Advisory Services. In addition, as their first hire in India, Atul helped AXA set up their life insurance operations in India and headed the Strategy, MIS and Financial Control functions at Bharti AXA Life Insurance. As the Chief Operating Officer of Bharti AXA IM, Atul is responsible for operations, IT, risk management, facilities, strategy and finance.

Alok Singh is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from ICFAI Business School and a CFA with over 12 years of experience in Fixed Income Fund Management. He has a wealth of experience and impressive track record in fund management both for resident as well as for overseas investors. As part of his previous employer BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Alok has won numerous awards for stellar fund performance over the last three years. Alok heads the Fixed Income Desk for Bharti AXA Investment Managers as Chief Investments Officer - Fixed Income.

Arun Prasad, a Commerce and Management graduate has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has previously worked with Fidelity Asset Management, MasterCard, MetLife Insurance and Franklin Templeton Asset Management. Arun is responsible for Sales and Business Development at Bharti AXA IM.

Nanda is a PGDEM from IMT, Ghaziabad and a Physics graduate. A marketing and communications professional with over 12 years' experience, Nanda started his career in sales and then moved on to Advertising where he spent more than 6 years in agencies like Lintas and Contract. He has worked on varied brands in different categories ranging from consumer durables to technology. Having spent more than 2 years in the Asset Management industry with Sundaram BNP Paribas AMC, Nanda heads Marketing and manages branding and communications initiatives for Bharti AXA IM.

Ramesh Rachuri holds PGDM from IIM and has over 12 years experience in Investment Trading and Financial Markets. He has managed and traded various asset classes and sub classes ranging from debt, long term equity and debt derivatives and structuring, corporate bonds and government securities, and global forex trading. His fundamental, technical, and market skills have been honed through various events in both global and domestic markets He has worked in various top securities’, managed accounts (PMS), and Mutual Fund companies. He is known for his quant (Quantitative) input determined style of managing different portfolios.

Gaurav Kapur is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has also done his MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign trade (IIFT) where he was a recipient of the prestigious Sir Ratan Tata Trust scholarship for academic excellence. He has a rich experience of over 6 years in the Financial Industry. Gaurav started his career in the Aditya Birla Group as part of the Group Management Trainee (GMT) Scheme. Before joining Bharti AXA IM in 2007, Gaurav was working as a Senior Investment Analyst at Birla Sun Life Asset Management Co.
